The furniture is 70% made from Sazka scratch cards. The remaining 30% is soft recycled plastic.
So far, we have made 20 yellow hexagons with dimensions of 120 x 42 cm.
We used 1,700 kg of Sazka scratch cards in total.

How will the scratch cards come back to life?
The scratch cards are weighed, shredded and mixed.
By mixing the material, its temperature is kept elevated during pulverisation, thus reducing energy consumption and enabling the system to work more efficiently. .
The boards are cut to the required dimensions.
The trimmings are automatically shredded and returned to the line, which recycles its own waste.
“We took less than two tons of secondary material and transformed it into unique modular furniture that promises long-term repairability and variability. I enjoy novel materials and unconventional solutions that fit in with the principle of sustainability.”
Martin Klepáč“We are delighted to have been able to participate in this environmentally sustainable project. We have created a material that is 100% circular and has great technical properties, and the final product that has been created is an amazing design piece.“
